Cafe And Restaurant With Classic Style Rattan Interior

Hello Friends of Architecture and design, happy activities to all of you. Exploring various places with different designs, always has a sense of admiration of its own. Even though I wasn't born an architect, seeing the various building designs with various unique shapes is something that makes me proud, especially since the building is located in an area very close to where I live. I want to interview the character who built the place, because I think every place that is made with an amazing design is an art that must be appreciated.

Last weekend, my best friend and I visited a Cafe and Resto, which is located in one of the urban areas in the province of Aceh, Indonesia, namely the city of kruenggukueng. Located right on the access point to Medan Banda Aceh, so it is very easy for everyone to take a break while enjoying the beautiful decorations of the modern restaurant. This restaurant has been open since a few years ago and has become very viral among the local community.

Made from a foundation covered with rattan and almost all of its parts are rattan furniture, so this restaurant is named "Mj Rattan". This cafe and restaurant is very spacious with land that extends backwards, They take advantage of all areas by designing the architecture of this cafe and restaurant, according to the land they have. The cool and calm atmosphere is the hallmark of this place, because it is specially designed for people who visit to make it more comfortable like being at home.

This cafe and restaurant has 3 areas with the first floor having 2 areas while the top floor has 3 areas. if you are in this place you can choose as you like where you relax comfortably

Main Area

Entering the main area you can enjoy a very amazing area decorated with towering rattan pole furniture, now on this pole at night it will emit a beautiful light, because inside the rattan pole is installed colorful lights. This place is also equipped with various furniture, such as chairs and tables made of real rattan, I think they ordered special furniture from reliable rattan craftsmen, how not, all the furniture looks very neat and nice.

In the main area, there are the area where the barista makes drinks is very elegantly designed, with real hand painted yellow mixed with black to look like real real rattan. They are really very detailed in designing, I feel no part is missed in every interior space available here.

Second Area

Well, continuing to explore all areas of the restaurant, I rushed into the second area, precisely at the back of the restaurant, with a lesehan seating design made of concrete and sago palm roofs and large bamboo foundations.

The decorations of the lamps are very unique, I think they are handmade by artists, not only that around the second area, the walls also have lots of different paintings, these handmade paintings are very interesting for photo spots. Furthermore, you can also enjoy a small garden that is designed as natural as possible made very similar to rocky shapes, even though the material elements are only made with cement but are designed to resemble stone to make it look natural and charming.

In the second area, you will also spoil your eyes with a small fish pond specially designed for certain types of fish. Not only a pool but there is also a beautiful garden, so it is perfect if you bring children to this restaurant.

There is also a children's play area, although not very wide, but in my opinion this restaurant is designed so complete for all ages. In the second area there is also a bathroom which in my opinion is very unique, located near the swimming pool which is connected to the stairs to the 2nd floor above. The stairs are made like a tunnel and go straight to the bathroom.

Area Three

Mj Rotan Restaurant also has 2 floors which were built with a very strong iron pillar foundation, and is directly connected to the second area, the area behind the restaurant. On the top floor you will find 3 where you can relax, the first area is in the hallway leading to the second area, this area is also a sago palm roof with a very cool design of light bulbs.

Well, towards the second area, the chairs are neatly arranged made of iron and this area is surrounded by decorative painting walls that are not much different from the third area on the top floor. Here the air is so cool with very cool hand-painted reliefs, really designed so attractive and instagrammable in my opinion.
