Green Papaya And Carrot Fry Recipe

I fried papaya and carrot. Which is an extremely delicious dish. Everyone in my house likes this a lot. Maybe many of you cook this. But today I will share a slightly different recipe with you. It is very easy and simple to make. And this can be done in less time.

Ingredients:

  1. Chopped raw papaya (size of your choice)
  2. Chopped raw carrot
  3. Chopped onions
  4. Green chilies
  5. Chili powder (two pinches)
  6. Turmeric powder (two pinches)
  7. Coriander powder
  8. Pungent leaf
  9. Salt, to taste
  10. Ginger paste
  11. Garlic paste
  12. Oil, 8/10 tablespoon, (Can cook in less oil)
  13. Sugar, a pinch
  14. Ghee

Recipe:

Cut the papaya and the carrot, and wash and drain the water. Soak the papaya in water for 10 minutes. It is optional if you don't soak the carrots. And chop them.

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Fry it lightly. Keep the flame on medium flame.

After that add ginger paste and garlic paste in it.

Add chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder when the onion turns yellow. Mix well and fold.

Now grind the papaya and the carrot. Prepare to mix well. Add some salt Cover with a lid and cook for 5 or 6 minutes.

I forgot to season it with chilies, so I added this later. And add a Pungent leaf.
After mixing you can sprinkle a pinch of sugar if you want, I added zero cal sugar.

Sugar generally enhances the flavor and smoothness of the curry. No need to give if you don't want to. In that case, the taste will be a little different. Reduce the flame to low and cover with a lid for 15 minutes. No need to give separate water. Water comes out of the papaya, it will be fine. Stir gently, the papaya pulp breaks when soft. So there is no need to move much. Check the final salt taste, add if you like.

Add ghee and stir a little.

You can eat it with rice or bread. Papaya and carrot are very beneficial for our bodies. You can take this anytime for breakfast or lunch or dinner. It is also good for your diet. In that case, you can use olive oil or coconut oil.
