When we first got to Missouri from Michigan, we needed to find a church to attend. My wife wanted a small Baptist church, so she started being herself and talking to people... It was not long until we found a church to go to 🤣

Keys to the Kingdom

The second week we attended, the pastor asked to talk to me after service. He took me out the back door and up some stairs...

Turning around, he handed me a key and told me I could use the vacant apartment if I needed to. He knew from the week before that we were basically camping as we just got here, and he wanted to help...

Recovery Meeting

As some of you may know, I am familiar with the Recovery Community and 12 Step Programs. My wife and I wanted to do something local to our new community as we saw a need, so we asked the pastor and started a "Steps to Freedom" group. We run it every Thursday. The local Dunkin Donuts donates donuts for our weekly meeting.
