Good morning, I'm bro.NKERE FELIX and I'm doing this post to share my lessons/benefits from mcgi cares.

They're 24 hours fast food restaurants and they always have customers even if it's night or dawn. Experts say this contributes to a lot of reasons why people are addicted to eating processed food. This too much eating is the reason for obesity. The increase in the number of fast food is another cause of obesity. There's a triple number if obese people from a data from world health organization.

One factor in obesity is our consumption of food but most of the time it has something to do with genes or slower metabolism that is detrimental to us physically or physiologically. Eating too much is contagious. The increase of fat in the body produces cytokines that affect the immune system that leads to diabetes, insulin resistance and hypertension. Expert advice to avoid overeating, start identifying the source of gluttony, have a proper diet and the exercise program that suits you.

In every way if it's too much it's evil. It is evil when it comes to food. It's called gluttony.
1 Peter 4:3 the bible talked about avoiding excesses. More than the urge of the flesh. When it's going beyond normal. Lascivious is more than what your flesh needs. Your lust is too much and you're always drunk or want carnal pleasures . Gluttony means you keep on eating. You eat in the morning, afternoon, evening or midnight.

Proverbs 23:20 talks about us not being among winebibbers and eaters of flesh. We should not be found among this people. If every day you're eating meat and drinking that is bad for the body . They're many diseases associated with obesity. It's not bad to eat but we should eat what we need. You

1 Timothy 3:15 talks about a behavior that men should have in the house of God.
Philippians 1:27 talks about the fact that our belief and faith can be reflected in our lives and these become our standard. The duty of man is fear and obey God. God is the almighty.
On the premise of freewill, our choice and decision belongs to us. God leaves the choice to us. We can't either obey or not . God doesn't make decisions for us. God
Doesn't want to interfere with our free will. God is more delighted if you remember and obey him by free will. We're given free will. The importance of our free will is to show God that we respect, follow and obey him. God tested Abraham to prove he was a believer.
