Now for the puzzler

Today, I visited a company around me and I got attracted to this picture in a dark room after understanding the use of it, for mushroom 🍄 🍄 farming. The above picture is mushroom substrate(soil) made up of sawdust, rice bran, and lime (use to regulate the PH level). It has successfully been mixed up and allowed to ferment for 2-7 days before bagging and pasteurizing... According to the organization that brought oyster mushroom farming into Nigeria called Mbeng Adio Mushroom Farm(MAMF) through life plus foundation international (LPFI);
*Bagging
*Pasteurizing
*Inoculation and
*Incubation is the procedure by which oyster mushroom is cultivated.

The Oyster mushroom itself has lots of health and nutritional benefits which are :

• Boost the immune system
• Improves strength and regulation.
• Rich in protein
• Cholesterol free
• Contains high levels of vitamin D, D3, D5, A, and so on...

I choose this picture before it gave me an insight into mushroom farming. It's indeed a new knowledge to me👌
