Good structure for drawing, it's good that you took the time to draw this character that you wanted so much, it's clear that you have applied everything you learned. What program to use to do this?

i use clip studio paint on my pc but this can be done with
procreate on ipad or
ibis paint app on a phone or android tab
although on android it might not be that easy.
but on pc or tablet it will be easier.
