Wednesday walk along Paseo Colon Venezuela

Greetings it got dark on this Wednesday night walk the day was with many daily activities so now we have to give us a moment of relaxation so we went out to breathe fresh air and distract me my daughter my nephews and my sister in law who knows the place best and wanted to show me the first stop was in what is called Paseo Colon.

The Paseo Colon is named after Christopher Columbus and is also known as Paseo de la Cruz. It is located on the shore of the beach, of course, as it was at night I did not take pictures because it was midweek and there were not many people.

In the square there were some people selling Venezuelan handicrafts, everything related to the patriotic symbols, so I took the opportunity to buy some souvenirs.

We also found in this beautiful tourist promenade a giant pirate, according to the locals who live there, it is common for people to caress his belly and ask him for wishes.

In the promenade there is a sculpture in the shape of a dove. At first I did not understand its meaning but it was made with all the guns that the state security agencies recovered and in order not to leave them in the market they used it for this sculpture that was placed in one of the most visited promenades and is one of the ports to the Mochima National Park.

There is also a place where tourists take pictures at night it looks very beautiful children run and ride bicycles through its wide pedestrian areas there is also a pier but I did not manage to take pictures because it was dark and I only had my Yezz Art pro 📸 phone with 13mp.
