Tutorial - Cold moccacino with syrup chocolate
Greetings to all the hivers in this community!
Today I will present you my new moccacino recipe, a recipe that I decided to prepare at the request of my girlfriend and main taster of all my recipes.
This afternoon she asked me for a cold coffee, but delicious and also with chocolate syrup.
So I got down to work and began to dream up my own cold moccacino coffee until I had the perfect combination, and now I will show you how it is and the step by step so that you can prepare it yourself at home with very simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 100ml coffee
- 150ml of liquid milk
- Chocolate syrup
- Sugar to taste.
- Ice cubes
Preparation
This time I used instant coffee to apply the coffee frothing technique.
Once the coffee is ready, add it to a container and add at least 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup.
Any coffee can be used, of any type, and the frothing technique is not mandatory, unless you want it to be the same as the one I am presenting.
Now in this part we apply the frothing technique with the milk, as I have been commonly doing in my previous videos, and for those who do not have a frother at home can use a regular mixer, although the froth will not be perfect, but it will be very similar.
Once both ingredients are ready, we proceed to add the ice cubes to the glass where the drink will be served.
First add the whipped milk and finally the coffee.
When adding the coffee, it is advisable to do it little by little to create that contrast of colors that we all like.
And ready, excellent and delicious coffee for snacking on hot afternoons.
