Tasting the new coffee bean at the Cafetin de Bracamonte
Greetings to all coffee lovers!
Today I again visited the cafetin de bracamonte.
I had started in the active morning heading to the gym to complete my daily workout.
After that I went out, headed to the center of the city and there I went to the cafetin de bracamonte.
Now this with the intention of replenishing my energy a little, as I had had a very exhaustive workout.
Upon arrival I chatted a bit with the barista, he had told me that they had gotten a new bean.
Now, as the barista was going, I tried it and detailed its shades, its flavor, its body, among other variants.
Clearly, it was a medium dark roast, which is one of my favorites, I ordered an espresso to be able to appreciate all the nuances and flavor of the coffee.
In my experience the Espresso is the definitive way and the doppio also in which you can taste and appreciate the quality and good taste of a great coffee.
Now this is not that simple, at least you have to have a previous training in the palate, because not everybody drinks an espresso and much less a doppio, since here in the city where I live, it is common to drink the American type coffee or as it is known criolamente the guayoyo.
Anyway, this is just a small class about my experience with the new bean, because I invite you to try it also here in the Bracamonte coffee shop located in the center of the city.
All the pictures were taken with my Samsung A15, the edits were made with Canva App and the translation with DeepL.
The place looks so nice, I'm glad you could come and dare to try that coffee 🤗
Thanks for visiting my blog. I always visit cafes and similar places
I also believe that espressos concentrate the coffee more and much better. The closest thing to espresso are the grecas. Greetings...
You are right, it has nothing to envy to the greca.
Always a pleasure to be here
For my taste coffee should not be so red, but there are people with an adapted palate who prefer it that way. Either way coffee captivates us, just the smell of it fills our body with energy. Greetings @niggyayo
