Delicious Two-Color Easy Cake Recipe
Hello everyone π
How are you, my dear friends, I hope it's a good day for everyone.
Of course, one of the first things that comes to mind for me when it comes to pleasure is eating. I wanted to make a snack after a nice breakfast. I haven't made a cake for a long time. And I decided to prepare a great cake.
I made a delicious cocoa mosaic cake that made my kitchen smell delicious.
I love products that can be diversified in this way.
By adding your favorite ingredients to the basic cake batter, you can get a variety of cakes.
In winter, orange carrot cinnamon cake is always my favorite. Dried fruit cakes are also delicious. If you like moist cakes, you can use fresh fruits. For example, pears are delicious when caramelized. Or you can prefer bananas.
Today I made a cocoa cake.
If you combine the right ingredients in the right proportion, you will definitely get a perfect result.
I am writing the ingredients for a delicious cake that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs (at room temperature)
A little less than 1 cup of sugar
half a glass of oil
1 glass of milk
Approximately 2 cups flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 packet of vanilla
1 tablespoon cocoa
Lemon zest
Recipe
First, put the eggs in a suitable mixing bowl. Add the sugar and beat with a mixer first at low speed and then at high speed.
Continue whisking until the sugar dissolves and the eggs are foamy.
Add the milk to the foaming egg-sugar mixture and continue mixing.
Then add the oil and mix. Thus, all the liquid ingredients are finished.
Now for the dry ingredients.
It is useful to add half of the flour first.
Then add the baking powder and vanilla to the flour and add it to the mixture through a sieve.
The batter for the cake should be thicker than the consistency of a pancake. If it is too liquid, your cake will not bake inside.
I used a baton cake mold. First grease your container with margarine so that it is covered all over.
Put some flour on it and let the flour stick to the oil all over the mold so that the cake comes out of the mold easily.
Pour half of the dough into the greased mold.
Add cocoa to the remaining mixture and mix
Then pour the cocoa mixture over the cake.
Stir the dough a little with a knife to get a mosaic look.
Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for about 40-45 minutes.
The oven door should never be opened for the first half hour. The cake will not rise when the oven door is opened.
And our wonderfully puffed and fragrant mosaic cake is ready to serve.
After it cools down a little, you can slice it upside down and serve it.
A few tips for proper cake making:
The cake ingredients must be at room temperature.
Eggs and sugar should be whipped well until foamy foam.
You should never open the oven door for the first half hour while the cake is baking to prevent the cake from deflating.
In order for the cake to come out easily, you should definitely grease the baking dish well and sprinkle flour.
Bon Appetit
