Chocolate Dream Cake Recipe

I haven't been here for a while, I'm going through a period where I turn inward a little bit and listen to myself. At times like this, it is good for my soul to leave the things I do all the time.
I get away from pollution and complexity and rest in my own inner world.
In this way, I miss the activities I took a break from and return to them more efficiently.
We can say that it is a form of rest that I prefer to renew and refresh myself.
For example, I've been cooking for a long time just to fill my stomach and eat healthy. Yesterday, I realized that I wanted to eat something with a lot of chocolate and I realized that I missed it and it was quite late and I prepared a dessert for myself using the ingredients I had on hand.
While starting this dessert, I thought of the recipes I shared here. So why don't I photograph this, I asked myself and picked up my phone:)
Here is my delicious mini cake recipe with intense cocoa and chocolate flavor
Ingredients
For the cream
1 egg
1 tablespoon starch
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups of milk
1 piece of butter
half a packet of vanillin
dark chocolate

For the dough**
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1 glass of milk
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 packet of vanillin
1 packet of baking powder
Fruit
Banana
Recipe:
First of all, I started by preparing the cream because the cream needs to cool down.
I put the milk in the sauce pan and added all the ingredients respectively.
I mixed it with the help of a whisk and put it on the stove. It is very important to stir constantly until the cream is cooked, otherwise the flour may clump.
When the cream was cooked, I added dark chocolate chips and a little butter.
The cream is ready and I leave it to cool.
Now it's time for the dough, we can actually call it a classic pancake dough. It is no different from pancake in appearance and texture.
For this, put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and add the milk. Get a homogeneous mixture.
To cook it, I took the crepe pan on my stove and heated it. I greased it very little to prevent it from sticking and cleaned the excess oil with a napkin.
I poured the batter into the heated pan, when there is a foamy foam structure on it, it means that the bottom is cooked. I turned the other side and cooked it.
I cut the bananas into pancake sizes to put inside.
I first put the banana in the pancake, poured the cream on it and folded it.
I melted some chocolate on it and poured it.
My delicious cakes are ready. It can be served after cooling down a little.
The dough measurements may be too much, I made a little more because I wanted to eat pancakes:)
You can decrease or increase the measurements according to the number of people.
Those who do not want to eat cocoa can choose plain cream.
It is also delicious with a classic plain pastry cream.
I used bananas as fruit because I like the chocolate banana balance.
Preferably it can be prepared with forest fruits such as strawberries and raspberries.
