PASOS PARA ELABORAR ESTAS PULSERAS ESOTÉRICAS.

PRIMER PASO:
Voy a comenzar con una primera pulsera que realicé de esta manera: usando los siete colores de los Chakras, tomando el hilo azul celeste de cuarenta centímetros, lo doblo a la mitad mido con la regla diez centímetros y realizo un nudo simple, a partir de esa medida voy a realizar mi nudo espiral o nudo retorcido que es muy parecido al Nudo Alondra solo que este se realiza de un solo lado para que se vaya torciendo en forma de un espiral como muestra la imágen, voy a realizar veinte nudos de cada uno de los colores así: ocupo los treinta centímetros del color violeta y lo coloco debajo del hilo central o sea el de color azul celeste, dejo un largo de dos centímetros del lado izquierdo y con la punta del hilo del lado derecho la coloco encima del hilo central formando una "P"
Ahora paso la punta del hilo por encima y por debajo del hilo central y la voy a sacar por el medio círculo de la "P" halo fuerte para asegurar el Nudo y así queda mi primer Nudo sigo en la misma secuencia realizando todos esos nudos del mismo lado hasta tener veinte; ajusto bien para asegurar y sigo con veinte nudos más pero está vez con los treinta centímetros del hilo azul marino, voy a seguir con los veinte de color verde y así mismo hago los de color rojo, amarillo, anaranjado, e indigo, estos colores cada uno tiene un significado: el violeta significa sabiduría, el azul protección, el verde salud, rojo pasión, amor, el amarillo riqueza, el anaranjado prosperidad y el indigo la paz, una vez que he colocado todos los colores en mi Pulsera con las tijeras corto los excedentes de los hilos y sello con el encendedor, en esta etapa tengo el largo deseado, ahora uso el hilo dorado para formar una especie de terminales realizando de cada lado diez nudos dorados o sea mi pulsera tendrá un largo de dieciséis centímetros.

STEPS TO MAKE THESE ESOTERIC BRACELETS.

STEP ONE:
I'm going to start with a first bracelet that I made this way: using the seven Chakra colors, taking the forty-centimeter sky-blue thread, I fold it in half, measure it with the ruler ten centimeters and make a simple knot, from that measurement I'm going to make my spiral knot or twisted knot, which is very similar to the Lark's Head Knot, only this one is made on one side so that it twists into a spiral shape as shown in the image. I'm going to make twenty knots of each of the colors like this: I take the thirty centimeters of the violet color and place it under the central thread, that is, the sky-blue one. I leave a length of two centimeters on the left side and with the tip of the thread on the right side, I place it on top of the central thread, forming a "P".
Now I pass the tip of the thread over and under the central thread and I'm going to bring it out through the half circle of the "P". I pull it tight to secure the Knot and that's how my first Knot is. I continue in the same sequence, making all those knots on the same side until I have twenty; I adjust well to secure and continue with twenty more knots but this time with the thirty centimeters of navy blue thread, I will continue with the twenty of green and in the same way I make the red, yellow, orange, and indigo, these colors each have a meaning: violet means wisdom, blue protection, green health, red passion, love, yellow wealth, orange prosperity and indigo peace, once I have placed all the colors in my Bracelet with the scissors I cut the excess threads and seal with the lighter, at this stage I have the desired length, now I use the gold thread to form a kind of terminals making ten golden knots on each side or my bracelet will be sixteen centimeters long

SEGUNDO PASO:
Para terminar está Pulsera corto los excedentes del hilo base o hilo central dejando una sola hebra pongo un balín dorado en cada extremo y realizo nudo simple para ajustar, ahora para el cierre igualó los hilos y con hilo chino dorado realizó cinco nudos retorcido para un nudo ajustable, corto y sello en la punta de cada hilo central pongo un balín dorado número dos y así queda.

STEP TWO:
To finish this bracelet, I cut off the excess base thread or center thread, leaving a single strand. I put a gold ball at each end and tie a simple knot to adjust it. PASO TRES:
En este paso voy a realizar la segunda Pulsera la voy hacer con hilo chino multicolor y cuentas de madera pero siguiendo la misma temática de los colores de los Chakras. Comienzo usando cuarenta centímetros de hilo coreano color rosa viejo, lo doblo a la mitad, a la altura de doce centímetros hago un nudo simple y comienzo a tejer nudo espiral este lo voy a realizar como si fuera nudo plano pero de un solo lado para formar mi nudo espiral, doblo el metro cincuenta centímetros del hilo multicolor y lo coloco debajo de los hilos centrales verifico las medidas iguales juntando las puntas y ahora con el hilo de la derecha lo pongo encima de los hilos centrales y formo una especie de bolsita o argolla paso el hilo de la izquierda por encima del hilo de la derecha lo paso por debajo de los hilos centrales y lo saco por el orificio de la argolla tensando bien para formar el nudo, esto lo voy hacer hasta veinte nudos luego inserto en los hilos centrales una cuenta verde porque es el color de los hilos, sigo realizando veinte nudos, de acuerdo al siguiente color del hilo voy insertando las cuentas hasta tener un largo de catorce centímetros, ahora en cada lado pongo una cuenta de madera anaranjada, realizó siete nudos espiral simple y corto uno de los hilos centrales y sello con el encendedor, uno las puntas y hago el cierre corredizo con tres nudos espiral y coloco en cada punta del hilo una cuenta de madera anaranjada rematando con un nudo simple que corto el excedente y sello con el encendedor para este hermoso resultado.

STEP THREE:

I start using forty centimeters of old pink Korean thread, I fold it in half, at the height of twelve centimeters I make a simple knot and begin to weave a spiral knot, I will do this as if it were a flat knot but on one side to form my spiral knot, I fold the meter fifty centimeters of the multicolored thread and place it under the central threads I verify the equal measurements joining the tips and now with the thread on the right I put it on top of the central threads and form a kind of bag or ring I pass the left thread over the right thread I pass it under the central threads and take it out through the hole in the ring, tightening it well to form the knot, I will do this up to twenty knots then I insert a green bead into the central threads because it is the color of the threads, I continue making twenty knots, according to the next color of the thread I insert the beads until I have a length of fourteen centimeters, now on each side I put an orange wooden bead, I make seven simple spiral knots and cut one of the central threads and seal With the lighter, I join the ends and make the sliding closure with three spiral knots and place an orange wooden bead on each end of the thread, finishing with a simple knot. I cut off the excess and seal with the lighter for this beautiful result.
