like every Monday, we're going to analyze some numbers of our project and we're going to distribute the weekly rewards.
But first, as usual, a small guide to our project for all those who do not yet know what it is.
NFTFRAPPE' is an NFT PASSIVE EARN project where you just need to hold our NFTs in your wallet to earn an automatic weekly reward.

To date, 138 NFTs have been sold (6 more than last week) for a total of 772,200 Hive
We remind you that all the NFTs given away with giveaways and contests are also considered in the count because even those increase the pool and are part of it for all intents and purposes.

So this week we had a $12,459 increase to the pool from post earnings.
THE POOL
To get the right value of the pool, we must first convert the earnings from posts in Hive and then add them to those deriving from sales.
The value that will come out of it will be probable even if it will not be exact due to market fluctuations and exchange rate approximations.
$214.971 is equivalent at the time of this writing to approximately 553.144 Hives.
The pool that is created therefore amounts to
772,200 + 553,144 - 40 = 1,285,340 Hives

Today we will be distributing 69,265 weekly PGMs divided as you see in the table above.
At the time of writing this post, 69,265 PGMs equal approximately 2,044 Hives.
If we want to calculate an annual return value, we just need to multiply the interest distributed this week by the number of weeks that make up a year, 52.
We thus obtain an annual interest of 106.288 Hive.
This means that we are getting a total annual return of around 10% on the initial investment made.

Let's take a look at the weekly trend of the APR for each type of NFT.
Let's start with the COMMON series of NFTs.
A common NFT today has a return of around 6.80% per annum. At the beginning of November 2022, it had an APR of 5.80%.
The purchase of a RARE NFT, today guarantees you a return of 8.13% per year, while at the beginning of November 2022, it was 6.95%
Having an EPIC NFT in your wallet today generates an annual interest of 10.76%. At the beginning of November 2022, however, it generated "only" 9.26%.
Finally, a SPECIAL EDITION today lets you take home 11.92% per year, while at the beginning of November 2022, it was 10.43%.

DELEGATION GIVEAWAY is the game that allows you to win an EPIC NFT of the edition that you like most and participating is very simple, as the title suggests, a proxy is enough but here are the rules to participate and continue with the proxies to get your winning tickets, the last month coccodema won but the next one to win could be you!

LA POOL
Per avere il valore giusto della pool, dobbiamo convertire prima i guadagni dai post in Hive e poi sommarli a quelli derivanti dalle vendite.
Il valore che ne uscirà fuori, sarà verosimile anche se non sarà esatto dovuto alle oscillazioni di mercato e alle approssimazioni di cambio.
214,971 $ equivalgono al momento in cui scriviamo a circa 553,144 Hive.
La pool che si viene a creare, ammonta quindi a

Come sempre, ottimo report, che ci tiene aggiornati sui numeri che sta generando il progetto, e, di conseguenza, sullo stato di salute dello stesso, che sembra procedere a gonfie vele in direzione del successo meritato.
Non posso fare a meno, poi, di ringraziarvi anche per i PGM che ci avete inviato, e non mi resta, ora, altro da fare, se non porvi un quesito per il contest del personaggio misterioso, anche se sono abbastanza convinto che ci sia qualcuno che l'abbia già indovinato fin da subito.
Nel caso in cui, però, non fosse così, vorrei chiedervi se il personaggio in questione fa parte di una qualche Saga di genere Fantasy.
