Bird growth on chili plants

There are so many stories and struggles in growing chili plants that we should be able to manage and care for them well, but in this step I have problems with my chili plants which are currently starting to grow in the last few days, so I will panic a little about the obstacles. I'm facing this type of plant.

In the initial stages I had this chili plant, it looked very fertile, but in a few days this changed quickly with pests appearing, is this an obstacle that must be really serious to deal with?
I think this is a challenge in the plant world when it is experiencing poor growth like my chili plant

And this is a valuable experience for me, a beginner in growing plants like this, and hopefully in the future I will get a good solution and make the plants healthy again.
