This morning the atmosphere is quite good like every other day. I woke up this morning and went to collect some basil leaves that were planted in front of the house. Today I will make stir-fried basil for my daughter to eat because she is sick. And she is a person who really likes to eat stir-fried pork with basil. I like to add lots of basil leaves because they give off a nice aroma and are good for treating fevers. Holy basil leaves are considered one of the herbs that Thai people like to add to their food. And the famous menu is stir-fried with basil. Whether we stir-fried seafood with basil, stir-fried chicken with basil, stir-fried pork with basil or stir-fried beef with basil. Each menu is considered delicious and famous Thai food. The method of making it is simple and not too difficult, but it is delicious and makes your stomach full.
There aren't many ingredients that we prepare. There are basil leaves, minced pork, garlic all available or you can chop them finely. If eaten by an adult, there will be fresh chilies or dried chilies pounded together with garlic until fine. The seasonings include oil, oyster sauce, sugar, fish sauce, and if you like your stir-fried basil to have a little color, you can add dark soy sauce. But I didn't like it so I didn't add dark soy sauce.
The next step is to stir-fry the pork with basil. Start by placing the pan on the stove and then adding the oil. Once the oil is hot, we stir-fry the garlic until it's cooked and fragrant. Then add the minced pork and stir fry. At this stage while adding the pork, I will start seasoning with oyster sauce, sugar, fish sauce and add a little water so that it doesn't look too dry. . Taste the flavor to your liking. Then I add the basil leaves as the last step. When the basil leaves start to ripen, I can put them on a plate and eat. Stir-fried rice with basil, if it's good, must include at least 1 fried egg and cucumber, it will be the perfect accompaniment to eating fried rice with basil. But what I made today was my daughter's menu, so I didn't have to add chili and didn't fry a fried egg because I didn't want her to eat fried eggs because they contain oil and will make the fever go away more slowly.
