My Daily Story 31/1/2024 : Today I'm going to introduce some of our favorite dishes in Malaysia.

Hello everyone.

The fact that we lived in different cities. There are many things that we must change. and must adjust to the atmosphere there. Whether it's about housing or food. and the convenience of living abroad. But I am lucky to live in the family of my husband, who is from this country. There must be a change in the matter of food. Most Thai people like to eat spicy or spicy food. But my family is Chinese so the food has a bland taste which is very different from Thai food. But that doesn't stop me from living my life. In the beginning, we may need a lot of time to adjust. But now I can find food that tastes more similar to Thai food.

One afternoon my husband took me and the children out to a restaurant. This shop is near the bridge over the river. It is a small shop operated by Chinese people and staffed by Myanmar nationals. The staff here are always polite, smiling and always greeting my daughter every time we eat there.

The first menu is called "Ciendo". It is shaved ice. Add syrup, coconut milk and add toppings like lod chong and corn. This menu is enough to be sweet, delicious and cool. And this one is similar to Thai desserts so it's my favorite.

This dish is "Raksa" similar to noodles from northern Thailand called "Khao Soi". The taste is not very spicy but it has a very delicious and mellow taste.. And every time I go to this restaurant, I always order it to eat.

This dish is "Nasi Ra ma". This menu is the national dish of Malaysians. If anyone comes to Malaysia and hasn't eaten this menu yet, it will be considered that you haven't arrived in Malaysia yet. Hehe. Steamed rice cooked with coconut There are small crispy fried fish, boiled eggs, and cucumbers, eaten with a special recipe chili paste. At this day, we add another piece of chicken curry. Hmm..it's delicious.

And another dessert menu is "French Toast", bread spread with peanut butter. Dip in egg and fry until golden. Serve with salted butter and honey. I confirm that it's delicious..The kids really like it and order it every time they come to this restaurant as well.

Every time we come to this restaurant, these are the menus we choose first. If there are days when I don't have it, I'll try eating something else instead. And this is another activity that we go out to do together, which is to eat delicious food like this. This is another activity that I'm sharing with my friends today. I hope everyone will enjoy it as much or as little.
