Electronic devices can misbehave at any moment. One needs to have money to cover eventualities like this. just this afternoon, my mobile phone refused to power up. I tried everything possible, but none worked out, I took it out to be fixed and ended up spending some money I didn't budget for. However, I am happy that it can be fixed. #cent #freecompliments. The lesson learnt is that you should at least have money.
