I have messed around with nasal breathing but keep forgetting to do it regularly. I am sure it helps if you can build it into your routine. @consciouscat was doing it for a whole parkrun when I first met her.

!LUV that you're giving this a red hot go. Definitely have to slower but there's so much info showing how brilliant it is. And this year's winner of the Barkley Marathons, Ihor Verys, is a BIG proponent of it. He KILLS it in races!
Ah! I LOVE nasal breathing both in concept and practice. I want to do it more often. But doesn't work if some good looking guy is trying to chat you up ;P
