Morning Run

new.things just finished a 10.01km run, that lasted for 75 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 546.0 calories.

Description from Strava: Strava2hive great sunrise for my easy longer run for the week. Had to walk a bit as my legs were very achy and sore after yesterday parkrun and yard work at home. The spring strawberry festival was all set up at the show grounds. It is a lot smaller than I remember.

Three 30 minutes bicycle workouts definitely bumps up this strava snapshot.

My runs are still building slowly but I think I really need to level the graph and give my legs a chance to adapt to all the work they have been doing.

I want to see if I can maintain these bike workouts as soon as I am running well I seem to drop them and run further but as I get older I think the bike might be a valuable cross training and strengthening exercise that will help with all the overuse niggles I get running.
