Other Intelligent Life Out in Space? Imagine Life With Other Intelligent Animals Here on Earth.

What got me thinking about this was looking at how much mankind has dominated the world. Everywhere you look you see something that our kind has built, you don't see much of what other animals have built. You see roads, poles with wires, houses, mechanical plants, and a myriad of facilities. Under the ground there are pipes, on the water there are ships, in the air there are planes.

We blast strong sounds into the atmosphere from these things we've built. You emit strong smells and gasses with our activities, we destroy habitats and completely change the look of places too.

I was looking at all these and wondering how much disturbance we are constituting for the animals sharing this world with us and I started imagining like what if we were not the only animals that could create and alter stuff to this degree? What if there were some other animals building their own type of technology here on earth and impacting everywhere like we're doing?

Woooh! Would have been really crazy. Like, imagine walking by and having to move out of the way because a group of hyenas were passing by with their own sort of transportation vehicle. Imagine getting run over by that?🤣

Imagine being woken up from sleep by the sounds a group of partying monkeys were making 😂. Their own type of speakers, karaoke and stuff😂😂. Imagine how strange their music may sound, things are so random in this world so there is no guarantee it would sound good or bad to us. Their mating calls don't turn us on, remember?

Imagine seeing a bunch of goats with a lot of their sort of camera shooting a blockbuster in your area, restricting movements and stuff.

Imagine seeing a forest completely overhauled into a huge beautiful sort of mansion for some nearby racoons. Or imagine a section of your city being destroyed because some kangaroos had a great bloody battle and used some explosives and stuff.

Imagine trying to dig a well or borehole for water only to find out that the spot is a soak-away some ostriches connected to their house's toilet🤣🤣🤣

Imagine birds invented their own sort of social media or wireless communication or something like that and they had to build huge poles and plants for signal and other things. Really wild.

And going by evolution, any of these could have happened. The way humans evolved to become this conscious and intelligent, other animals could have evolved like that too, it was all dependent on chance! Really interesting that not even one other animal developed this much intelligence/consciousness that would have them building, learning about the world, carrying out experiments and inventing things that would make their lives easier.

But since evolution never stops it's possible that in the future some other animal might evolve and begin all this intelligent stuff, you never know, and impossible is nothing. But that could be in a few million years, by which time, you know...

Furthermore, it would have been really chaotic if other animals had technology. But maybe we would have all found a way to communicate and help each other with technological innovations and ideas. Different species would think differently and be better at different things, exchange ideas and reach insane levels of advancement.

Who knows? Or maybe we would have kept having conflicts and killed ourselves off and the most powerful species or the one who won would be the only intelligent species left on the entire earth. Maybe that's what happened in the past, millions of years ago, before the Sumerians, before the homo sapiens were fully formed. Maybe there were other intelligent animals but after the conflicts and battles nature is known for, only humans remained.
