Un saludo a toda la gran comunidad de #Splinterlands

En esta ocasión vengo a compartir con ustedes una de mis primeras victorias y una de mis favoritas hasta el momento, me emociona saber que aunque son muchas las cosas y conceptos que tengo por aprender todavía poco a poco me voy familiarizando con este maravilloso juego y cada vez me interesa más.

Para ponerlos en contexto, esta batalla tenía un límite de 23 de maná por lo que era importante escoger bien mis cartas para tomar la mejor decisión posible.

Evalúe las posibles candidatas que me ayudarían a conseguir la victoria, lo primero que hice fue enfocarme en las cartas que tuviesen una buena cantidad de vida, no me enfoqué en el escudo puesto que una de las reglas era otorgarme escudo a mis cartas, pero hablaré de esta regla más adelante.

Greetings to all the great community of #Splinterlands.

On this occasion I come to share with you one of my first victories and one of my favorites so far, I am excited to know that although there are many things and concepts that I have to learn I am still slowly becoming more familiar with this wonderful game and I am becoming more and more interested.

To put it in context, this battle had a limit of 23 mana so it was important to choose my cards well to make the best possible decision.

I evaluated the possible candidates that would help me get the victory, the first thing I did was to focus on the cards that had a good amount of life, I did not focus on the shield since one of the rules was to give me shield to my cards, but I will talk about this rule later.

¿Cuáles fueron las reglas de mi batalla?

	Las reglas de esta batalla fueron Armored Up, Fire & Regret y Ferocity.

Armored Up: Le otorgaría un +2 de escudo a cada carta, me vino muy bien esta regla para aguantar los ataques del oponente.

Fire & Regret: Devuelve parte del daño de los ataques a distancia, esta regla me benefició por las cartas que elegí.

Ferocity: Le otorga a todas las cartas la habilidad de furia. Esta regla no cambió el curso de batalla a favor de ninguno de los dos.

Tomando en cuanta las reglas y elementos dados para la batalla los cuales fueron: Fuego, Tierra, Vida y Muerte respectivamente pensé en que sería conveniente utilizar cartas del mazo de fuego y dado a la cantidad de maná otorgado fueron 4 cartas que me decidí por utilizar.

A continuación les contaré un poco de mis cartas elegidas y de por qué quise usarlas.

The rules for this battle were Armored Up, Fire & Regret and Ferocity.

Armored Up: I would grant a +2 shield to each card, this rule was very good for me to withstand the opponent's attacks.

Fire & Regret: Returns part of the damage of ranged attacks, this rule benefited me because of the cards I chose.

Ferocity: Gives all cards the ability of fury. This rule did not change the course of battle in favor of either of us.

Taking into account the rules and elements given for the battle which were: Fire, Earth, Life and Death respectively, I thought it would be convenient to use cards from the fire deck and given the amount of mana granted there were 4 cards that I decided to use.

Next I will tell you a little bit about my chosen cards and why I wanted to use them.

Coloqué a Radiated Brute en la primera posición, me pareció una buena opción entre mis cartas, primeramente porque cuenta con una buena cantidad de vida y por eso estaría en pie el suficiente tiempo mientras trascurría la batalla.

Gracias a la regla Fire & Regret pudo hacerle algo de daño al contrincante. Pensé en usar esta carta de forma estratégica, idealmente sería de apoyo mientras mis cartas más fuertes atacaran y se puede decir que cumplió con su objetivo.

Esta carta fue la primera en caer.

Pasa al frente Living Lava la carta que podría decir me dio la victoria de la batalla. Varios ataques le hicieron 0 de daño cosa que ya me daba tranquilidad, sumado a esto hacia sus ataques hacían 4 de daño, era una combinación más que letal. Todo esto sin contar los ataques que hacia por la regla Fire & Regret.

Estoy contento de haber elegido esta carta, sin duda hizo una gran deferencia desde un comienzo.

Se mantuvo hasta el final dándome la victoria que estaba buscando.

Llega el turno de Djinn Apprentice con un rol muy importante en esta batalla, se encargó de bajar la vida de las cartas enemigas directamente sin que el escudo surgiera efecto, por eso si tuviese que hacer un top, esta carta se llevaría sin duda el segundo puesto.

Se supo quedar con vida hasta el final junto a Living Lava y me hizo pensar que estas dos cartas pueden funcionar muy bien juntas en las siguientes batallas.

Sin duda le pondré un ojo a esta carta y probaré diferentes tácticas con ella, es primera vez que la uso y me pareció bastante buena.

Finalmente en la cuarta posición coloqué a Goblin Fireballer. Considerando el limite de maná esta carta me pareció la mejor opción ya que solo posee 2 de maná, así que sin pensarlo mucho la elegí para este combate. Su desempeño en la batalla fue bastante bueno, pienso que la regla de Armored Up le vino muy bien y lo benefició para mantenerse más tiempo con vida.

Fue capaz de vencer a la penúltima carta y aunque murió por los efectos de la regla Fire & Regret pudo concretar esta hazaña permitiéndome quedar con ventaja contra su Venari Spellsmith.

I placed Radiated Brute in the first position, I thought it was a good choice among my cards, first of all because it has a good amount of life and therefore it would be standing long enough while the battle was going on.

Thanks to the Fire & Regret rule he could do some damage to the opponent. I thought of using this card strategically, ideally it would be a support while my strongest cards attacked and it can be said that it fulfilled its purpose.

This card was the first to fall.

Come to the front Living Lava the card that I could say gave me the victory of the battle. Several attacks did 0 damage, which gave me peace of mind, added to this, his attacks did 4 damage, it was a more than lethal combination. All this without counting the attacks he made with the Fire & Regret rule.

I'm glad I chose this card, it certainly made a great deference from the beginning.

It held up to the end giving me the victory I was looking for.

It is the turn of Djinn Apprentice with a very important role in this battle, he was in charge of lowering the life of the enemy cards directly without the shield having any effect, so if I had to make a top, this card would undoubtedly take the second place.

It knew how to stay alive until the end together with Living Lava and made me think that these two cards can work very well together in the following battles.

I will definitely keep an eye on this card and try different tactics with it, it's the first time I use it and I thought it was pretty good.

Finally in the fourth position I placed Goblin Fireballer. Considering the mana limit, this card seemed to me the best option since it only has 2 mana, so without thinking too much I chose it for this fight. His performance in the battle was quite good, I think that the Armored Up rule was very good for him and benefited him to stay alive longer.

He was able to beat the penultimate card and although he died due to the effects of the Fire & Regret rule, he was able to accomplish this feat allowing me to have an advantage against his Venari Spellsmith.

Pensamientos finales sobre la batalla

Con esta victoria aprendí la importancia de las reglas en la batalla, de saber que cartas mejor usar para que sus efectos me permitan desempeñarme mejor, estas reglas no me habían aparecido antes y aprendí mucho de ellas.

También aprendí que cuando nos toca una batalla con bajo maná lo mejor y más conveniente es priorizar bien las cartas que vamos a utilizar, a veces es bueno usar algunas con bajas estadísticas pero que acompañen a las que nos darán la victoria.

Este fue el análisis de una de mis primeras victorias. Un gusto compartirla con ustedes, espero se encuentren muy bien y nos leemos en la siguiente ocasión.

With this victory I learned the importance of the rules in battle, to know which cards to use so that their effects allow me to perform better, these rules had not appeared before and I learned a lot from them.

I also learned that when we have a battle with low mana the best and most convenient is to prioritize the cards we are going to use, sometimes it is good to use some cards with low stats but that accompany the ones that will give us the victory.
