Accomplishments have a way of giving us joy and satisfaction that's beyond mere explanation, and everyone of us strives to achieve more and more as the day goes by, and when we cross a milestone, it gives us a sense of fulfillment and hunger to chase and achieve more. Personally, for me, looking back through the year 2024, it felt as though I haven't achieved anything, and it took me hours to come to the realization that not counting our blessings and achievements most times can make one seem like an ingrate.

After long and simple negotiations next day, I purchased an acre of land under my name. It was a thing of joy and everyone with good intentions rejoices with us. We celebrate and dance together with bottles of wines. We enjoyed ourselves with friends, who wished good on us. Even some of them wanted to purchase lands for their uses.

About 5 years ago I had the opportunity to buy a plot of land at a very low price in a partially developed area and I immediately finished the block molding with which I intend to start building. However, the Covid 19 that hit the world in 2020 seriously affected my business, I have to postpone the work on the building. Human survival becomes the main priority.
