The Neoxian Tribe will be banning Steem Traitors
Anyone who supports, helps, praises, or does anything good for steem is considered a traitor of the highest order by Mr Dragon & his kinfolk.
Please, if you don't use our city be aware that the tags "sct", "zzan" and "dlike" have been muted on the tribe forum. If you use these tags then you will no longer be able to earn neoxag.
This may seem harsh, but we cannot, and will not support outright theft. Anyone seen supporting steem will be banned outright. A fellow senior Dragon saw that fate during the middle of the week. There is no immunity from this.

Giveaway rewards for Neoxag buyers
Dragon @Raymondspeaks will be giving away big rewards to neoxag buyers over the coming weeks. Prizes have been Level 2 Legendary splinterlands cards and such like.
Please be aware that to prevent abuse there will be no consistency with my terms. So you can't just buy exactly the amount I asked for last week and expect my terms to remain the same. Each week it will be different.
Also, once a giveaway is started then the terms will be at least an hour before the giveaway started. Recent purchases will not count. I will make this clear also on the giveaway terms
The weekly spectacle is up and running
Expect the weekly spectacle to run every Sunday night / Monday morning. I have found a way to be consistent with this.
Our Neoxian City School is now officially open to citizens
Want to learn to write better? How about kicking ass on Discord? Maybe you just want a few tips and tricks on something or other. Whatever your splice of thought I'm sure we have it at the school.
You have to be a citizen or over. This is top grade education stuff that you would otherwise have to pay for. Free, in our awesome city.
Please also ask for tutorials. It's better if I have an idea what you want rather than stabbing in the dark.

Outstanding Citizen award
Dragon @raymondspeaks has taken it upon himself to offer no less than 3,000 Neoxag on the second Sunday of each month to one lucky winner.
This is quite a leap from every week, but to prevent empty slots where there are no winners, he thought that running the award monthly would prevent that.
Make no mistake, this is an award that will be given to people for helping, sharing and giving, rather than taking and selling.
This award cannot be earned, it can only be given -- by that it means you can nominate someone, but you cannot vote for yourself. If no Citizens are chosen then the pool will roll over to the following week.
