Saludos a toda la comunidad de SWC y Hive 🙋🏻♂️🤸🏻♂️.
Iniciando la semana con "Front Lever" y sus variantes este martes (16 de abril 2024). El chequeo inicial acostumbrado fue pasable, con 28 segundos en "Front Lever Hold" y 12 "Front Lever Pull Up". Tenía días que no hacía "Front Lever one arm" y ahora cada vez más lo estoy entendiendo, pero claro, con detalles a mejorar. El "Front Lever SAT", me ha estado costando un poco, pero nada que la repetición me haga tener una mejor condición para ello. En general, lo considero un muy buen inicio de semana y no solo para mí, sino que también para los demás brothers que entrenan con nosotros.

Starting the week with "Front Lever" and its variants this Tuesday (April 16, 2024). The usual initial check was passable, with 28 seconds on "Front Lever Hold" and 12 "Front Lever Pull Up". I hadn't done "Front Lever one arm" for days and now I'm understanding it more and more, but of course, with details to improve. The "Front Lever SAT", has been costing me a little, but nothing that repetition will make me have a better condition for it. Overall, I consider it a very good start of the week and not only for me, but also for the other brothers who train with us.
