Can Someone Please Answer This Question For Me????

My question is simple, how are people listing rentals for less than .1 DEC for the rental? It does not allow it through the splinterlands interface, it doesn't allow it through peak monsters, so how are people doing it?

So how do people do it?? I see there are many people that know how to do it but I can not figure it out. Thank you if you can answer this!
