A DELICIOUS TWISTED PASTA WITH VEGGIES

I'm glad to be in this wonderful community, hope I'm welcomed 😊. So guys i prepared a twisted pasta with veggies and i will love to share my recipe with you.

MAIN INGREDIENTS:

1 pack of twist pasta
3 chilli pepper 🌶️
1 big onion 🧅
A handful of green beans 🫛
3 big carrot 🥕
4 teaspoon of vegetable Oil
5 pieces of tomato 🍅
4 pieces of red pepper
1 big bell pepper 🫑
1 teaspoon of salt
Water

                        STEP 1

I washed and sliced all the veggies separately, from chilli pepper down to bell pepper

                        STEP 2

I boiled water and poured my pasta into it to parboil it, i didn't allow it to be fully cooked so i cooked it half done and sieve the water out.

                  STEP 3

I dried my pot and added my vegetable oil on it, when it gets heated up i added onion and tomato and stirred properly before adding other veggies. After adding the veggies I allowed it to steam for 2minutes and stirred up again then I added a teaspoon of salt for taste.

                     STEP 4

Allowing it to dry for 2 more minutes before adding my parboil pasta. I stirred it properly so that the ingredients will get into it and bring out the taste, I learnt that the pasta is still strong so i added a small quantity of water that will be good. I gave it 2 more minutes to be done before bringing it down.

So my yummy 😋 pasta is ready to be served hot 😋😊 and it tasted very rich and delicious
