Immersed in social networks - Born Review: Café Don Miguelón ☕☕☕
Hello lovers of good coffee and beverages that nourish the soul, I hope your day is going well, filled with many blessings.
Our country Venezuela, encloses coffee diversity in all its extension, it has been forged for years in its fertile lands the best coffee beans, with better aromas and unmistakable flavors, it is notorious that in different states of Venezuela, national brands of ground coffee of excellent quality are appreciated, which have been cultivated by coffee growers, who provide a meticulous care, These are full of the best techniques, procedures and quality control, inherited from our ancestors, that provide a better growth and quality of the beans, characterized by their great aromas and traditional flavors that characterize them. Currently many national brands maintain the status, tradition and commitment to produce the best ground coffees that captivate the appreciators of coffee based beverages.
This review of the new coffee that I have the joy of presenting to you, starts like this: one night last week, looking at my social networks, specifically on Instagram, I came across a promotion of Don Miguelón coffee by a gentleman from Coctelitos de Cumaná, in the state of Sucre - Venezuela, at first I found the promotion of such coffee funny, since it was mentioned that it was not the best coffee, I was intrigued by such a statement, and as you know I am in search of trying a diversity of coffees, until I find the right one for me, so I decided that if I found it, I would not hesitate to buy it and live the experience with this coffee.
I have always maintained the theory that God's timing is perfect, on Wednesday, I went to Cumaná with my son Abrahán to buy him some things he needed for the trip to the city of Puerto la Cruz, it took us more than noon on it and we went to eat at Tesco, a supermarket that has a restaurant built in, my surprise, was that after eating, we went to the aisles in search of personal items for the trip, finding myself in the coffee session, I ran into the mentioned coffee, I said bingo, here I found you, I had bolivars, so I did not wait any longer, I went to the cashier with the other products and canceled it.
Café Don Miguelón, is a gourmet type coffee, medium dark roasted and fine grinding, packaged in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, by Betmig Comercializadora Compañía Anónima, Guatire, Miranda State, its packaging is mostly dark brown, with white tones and golden letters, its presentation available in the supermarket, was 200 grams, I loved the phrase that characterizes it on its packaging "flavor, smell and passion", it goes very well, here I leave the social networks to find out more about it: Facebook
Instagram.
Excited to have found it, I went home very happy, I still had coffee, so you know I do not like to open another package, while I have in my coffee container, I do not like to waste it, yesterday Saturday I had the joy of uncovering it, I tell you honestly, I was completely enveloped by its fruity smell, I did not want to rejoice too much by reference that had happened with other brands, I told myself you passed the test by enveloping me with your intoxicating smell, I just had to taste it to give it the final score.
I put water in a pot and put it to boil, when it was ready, I put 3 spoonfuls of ground coffee and started the brewing, my provisional kitchen was intoxicated with the smell that impregnated the whole house, awakening my senses with its fruity and caramel aroma, that every good coffee drinker is capable of captivating, The best thing was to take my first sip, I felt how my tongue played with each sip, looking for the subtle rhythm of each drop with coffee flavor, its bitter tone, but balanced, with a soft and insightful final taste that gives you that tranquility while you enjoy it, I played with each sip, I took my time to finish my cup.
Not satisfied, I prepared a well loaded and hot one, to go to my favorite hideout and have a photographic sample to participate in the coffee conversation. It visited my hideout, more often when I am overwhelmed, stressed or when I want to have spiritual peace, yesterday was not, none of those cases, but it provoked me, to go out for the above mentioned and I took advantage of the occasion, to have an intimate encounter, between my hideout, my coffee and me, three elements in sets that balance with nature to create and leave an indescribable magic in an inveterate coffee lover like me, leaving an experience that connects me with my roots and maintains my identity as good passionate about my favorite beverage.
My friends of good sips of coffee, I will continue to search for new coffees to try and share with you. I bid you farewell. Until a new meeting between me and my coffee, thank you for reading and I will be happy to read your comments, greetings...
