Coffee is our best ally ☕

More than a month ago, I went with my son Abrahán to the city of Cumaná for health issues, we got up early to make all their evaluations and consultations, it took us all morning, I felt tired and exhausted by the hustle and bustle of going from one place to another in public transport, plus I was from pole to pole where they were going to do tests and then to evaluate them, I took a deep breath, I felt I could not take it anymore, my son wanted to eat a snack, so I told myself this is the opportunity, I was near the supermarket @holasupercenter, so we took a cart there, I had been there twice, the environment was comfortable, for the heat that enveloped us outside, this environment really favored us.

We went to the food fair, which also has a coffee shop, it's my first time drinking coffee there, I asked for the menu, I wanted something not so strong, I'm already at my peak time to consume coffee, after that time when I drink coffee I can't fall asleep at night, I didn't want to run the risk of getting home and not being able to sleep 😁, so I ordered a macchiato, it was perfect for me, more coffee than milk, since I've been drinking coffee without sugar, I drink it strong, I rarely drink milk with my coffee, because of the above, I didn't want to risk staying up all night.

We were patient for our order, while we talked about the day, the things that had to be rescheduled, what we had to do and buy, there was a moment that called me to pause, Abrahán started playing with his phone, I gave him his space, I just kept watching the place and the few people who were sitting, it really called me to reflect, we live life in different ways, some accelerated, others in between and very few take it as calmly as possible, I saw myself reflected in the first group, it is not worth taking things lightly, there is always a time to pause, that was what I felt being in that place, it felt good to have left aside all the commitment we had and to have given this time to enjoy a simple snack, which allowed us to relax and return to our chores, but with the difference that our body and mind were relaxed, it was a blessing for both of us. After that everything flowed as it should.

When the waiter arrived with our order, I could appreciate the coffee, it came in a very nice presentation, I liked the cup very much, as for the taste of coffee, it felt good in my mouth, also they served me the coffee accompanied by a cookie, in most of the cafeterias in Cumaná, this fashion is present, they are mostly dry pasta cookies, the sweetness of the cookie combined with the coffee, had an exceptional flavor, besides my son gave me half of his donut, I could not refuse it, it looked so delicious that my mouth watered, and I was not wrong, a bite of it with a sip of coffee, it tasted like glory, my taste buds, were happy for that explosion of flavors, coffee chocolate, milk, uff totally divine🤤.

I did not regret at all, visiting holasupercenter, I felt I was in my ideal refuge, which managed to disconnect me from the hustle and bustle of the day, I found calm there, my mind paused, I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, which relaxed me and allowed me to enjoy a good coffee, to connect with myself, I needed to feel again my energies at 100%, We had to return to the office that was in via El Peñon and we were on the Cancamure, we were far away, but it did not matter much, both Abraham and I, we had already had a snack, we were ready to continue with what was left to do and so was the doctor saw it, thank God the evaluation went well and we returned home happy.

These small and pleasant moments, are the ones that make our life more enjoyable, they make me a call to reflect that I must always have time for ourselves, no matter the difficulties that we face in the day to day, the important thing is that we take advantage of them and make small pauses to enjoy the wonderful things in life, every opportunity is a reason to continue living, bye until a next experience with my coffee 🤗🥰☕, you are loved a lot.
