how are you all hope you are very well in a village in comilla district of bangladesh if i live in village then i always try to eat nutritious food and keep myself healthy today i will give you an idea about my breakfast diet hope you like it.

My breakfast :

  • If the breakfast in the morning is not rich in nutrients, then the whole day is likely to be very tired and calm, so if you eat nutritious food in the morning, you can complete the work in the whole day with great enthusiasm and mentally you will be much stronger, so breakfast is also very important for our body because Since we haven't eaten all night, our body wants something that our body can do and our body needs.
  • First of all, I have taken the banana. You can see banana. Banana is a food rich in potassium. It contains various vitamins. Banana is the potassium in our body. Potassium has many important functions in our body, starting from prevention of various diseases and it is very beneficial for our body. A substance we should all include bananas in our breakfast.

  • Then I added Team Organic duck eggs, two of which we know are ideal foods. They contain vitamins, except for vitamin C. Egg yolk is a special component of hormones, which then increases hormones and helps keep you young. If you have heart problems, they are an ideal food. Should be in breakfast in the morning it will quench your thirst and it is able to fulfill all the needs of your body.

  • Then I added dark chocolate her chocolate is so much I'm a little thin chocolate is very good for me it helps me to gain weight and her fat is very good fat it's not good fat no bad fat so that's why I can those of you who are already fat Good for the heart.

This is how I complete my breakfast. It is very nutritious and rich in vitamins and minerals. It is very beneficial for our body and our body will get enough energy from it to function throughout the day. So I request everyone to eat breakfast in the morning. It's very organic and healthy so make sure everyone stay healthy.
