[Español/Inglés] Arroz con pollo para el almuerzo 🫶 Rice with chicken for lunch 🫶

Un cordial saludo apreciados amigos de la comunidad de #gems.
Hoy al mediodía día decidí hacer un rico almuerzo, arroz con pollo. Compré una pechuga de pollo en tajada pues no tiene ningún hueso y sería más fácil cocinar el arroz con pollo así. Este fué el resultado de mi arroz con pollo, la verdad me quedó muy rico.

Today at noon I decided to make a delicious lunch, rice with chicken. I bought a sliced chicken breast because it doesn't have any bones and it would be easier to cook the chicken rice like that. This was the result of my chicken rice, it was really delicious.

Lo único que compré fué el pollo y el cubito, lo demás lo tenía en la casa. Tenía en mi nevera cebolla, ajo y pimentón, todo eso lo piqué bien picado y luego pasé a sofreír todo esto junto incluyendo el pollo, el cubito y colorante.

The only thing I bought was the chicken and the cube, I had the rest at home. I had onion, garlic and paprika in my fridge, I chopped all of that finely and then proceeded to sauté all of this together including the chicken, the cube and coloring.

Después que todo esto se sofría y se seque agregamos una taza o un vaso de arroz del tamaño acorde a la cantidad que queremos y luego por cada taza o cada vaso de arroz van dos de agua.

After all this is sautéed and dried, we add a cup or a glass of rice of the size according to the amount we want and then for each cup or each glass of rice there are two of water.

Luego tapar la olla a fuego bajo hasta que seque y esté. Y listo! A disfrutar.

Then cover the pot over low heat until dry and set. And ready! To enjoy.
