[English/Spanish] Sausage night at home 🤤 Noche de salchipapas en casa 🤤

A cordial greeting, appreciated friends of the #gems community. Today my husband and I wanted to eat salchipapas but there was also rainy weather so we bought the ingredients to make them at home. 🫶

Un cordial saludo apreciados amigos de la comunidad de #gems. Hoy a mi esposo y a mi se nos antojó comer salchipapas pero también había tiempo de lluvia así que compramos los ingredientes para hacerlas en casa. 🫶

This was what we bought to make the salchipapas, potatoes, sausages, sauces and mozzarella cheese.

Esto fué lo que compramos para hacer las salchipapas, papas, salchichas, salsas y queso mozzarella.

The first thing to do is chop and fry the potatoes and sausages. I fry the potatoes first because they are the ones that last the longest and then the sausage.

Lo primero que hay que hacer es picar y freír las papas y las salchichas, yo frito primero las papas pues son las que duran más en estar y luego la salchicha.

Then in the cup where I'm going to eat I put the potatoes, add a little sauce and top the sausages.

Luego en la taza donde valla a comer pongo las papas, agrego un poquito de salsas y arriba las salchichas.

Then on top of the sausages I place the mozzarella cheese and the sausages must be warm so that the cheese melts and tastes better. Then I add the sauces and eat. 🤤

Luego arriba de las salchichas coloco el queso mozzarella y las salchichas deben estar tibias para que el queso se derrita y sepa mejor. Luego agrego las salsas y a comer. 🤤
