Delicious cooking recipe of small fish with raw mango

We know that small fish is very nutritious and it is especially good for vitamin A and eyes. The curry cooked with raw mango and small fish is very tasty and my favourite. So let's start with how to cook it:
Ingredients:
- Small fish,
- raw mangoes,
- turmeric powder,
- Onion Chops,
- Garlic,
- chili powder,
- oil,
- salt etc.
Cooking Methods:
- First, clean and wash the fish well. Then they should be mixed well with chopped onion & garlic, turmeric powder and salt as much as chilli powder.
Then keep it in a hot oven and fry it well with some chopped onion and garlic. Then leave the mixture of small fish in them and fry them well for some time.
Next, you will add water well and in quantity, and add turmeric milk, chili powder and salt in quantity so that none of it is too much or too little. Then leave some pieces of raw mango in them. Then keep heating them well for some time and when the amount of water reduces, remove the curry from the stove. But care should be taken that the juice of the curry is not too much or dry.
Then serve them with hot rice. It is very tasty and one of my favorite curry. Moreover, it is a very nutritious food due to the presence of small fish and raw mangoes.
