I agree with this article. The reason he is buying it is for the user base. Maybe he looks to acquire HIVE or something else to integrate those features into twitter but really I think he is just buying the brand and userbase.

He won't have any luck acquiring Hive, even if he wanted to. There's no company, firm or corporation to acquire
