¿Cuál es la distancia que existe entre la felicidad y la aflicción? Tal vez sea un camino estructurado por temores, ambiciones, inconformidades, rencores y ciertas incapacidades. Estoy seguro de que nuestro fin en la vida es aprender a ser más humildes, conscientes, tolerantes, respetuosos y trascendentales, y digo trascendentales en referencia a que puede llegar un momento donde seamos inmunes a la oscuridad y la miseria de la falta de raciocinio.

Creo que todos concordamos en que la vida es una montaña rusa de emociones, a veces estamos en lo más alto y bello de nuestra experiencia, y de un momento a otro, estamos en la angustia y la bajeza. La felicidad no dura, pero hay algo en nosotros que nos hace tener una noción de la perfección y de la búsqueda de la felicidad eterna. Somos seres trascendentales encerrados en un cuerpo humano sometido a la enfermedad y el deseo, por desgracia, hay una distancia larga entre la conciencia y el condicionamiento.

Todo es cuestión de autorrealización, alcanzar la felicidad y la plenitud y preservarlas durante cualquier circunstancia, sea buena o mala, es algo bastante difícil, algo que requiere de otra distancia que es el tiempo. Necesitamos tiempo para comprender y madurar, para llevar a cabo lo que aprendemos es menester poner el conocimiento al servicio de la vida, de lo contrario, las teorías no servirían de nada.

Creo que cada quien decide y descubre una forma distinta de retornar hacia la felicidad, todos los puntos de vista son válidos y me he dado cuenta de que tienen mucho en común, hay más similitudes entre nosotros de lo que creemos. Cuando nos damos cuenta de que somos parte de un todo, entonces las distancias ya no son tan largas en nuestros corazones. Cuando nos damos cuenta de que la felicidad es una decisión y que solo necesitamos un poco más de fe en la existencia para lograrla, entonces las distancias ya no son tan largas entre la ecuanimidad y el ser.

Sé que todos estamos sometidos a un mar de problemas del día a día, la mente nos juega sucio casi siempre, las cosas que hemos vivido nos marcan bastante y nos hacen repudiar algunas otras cosas en la vida. La ilusión de la desesperanza nos aleja de la verdad y la determinación todos los días, pero siempre hay luz al final de una reflexión, cuando nos damos cuenta de que todo tiempo y distancia es relativo, de que todo sufrimiento y gozo es temporal, entonces nos damos cuenta de que lo que vence de forma absoluta la distancia es la conciencia en la realidad de las cosas.

Observemos la vida, sin ego, sin odio, sin rencores, sin juicios, sin frivolidad, solo con sinceridad pura, entonces nos daremos cuenta de que todos son maestros, de que el medio ambiente es perfecto para nuestro crecimiento espiritual. Vencer la distancia es entender realmente no existe tal cosa.

What is the distance between happiness and affliction? Perhaps it is a path structured by fears, ambitions, nonconformities, grudges and certain incapacities. I am sure that our purpose in life is to learn to be more humble, conscious, tolerant, respectful and transcendental, and I say transcendental in reference to the fact that there may come a time when we are immune to the darkness and misery of the lack of reasoning.

I think we all agree that life is a roller coaster of emotions, sometimes we are at the highest and most beautiful of our experience, and from one moment to the next, we are in anguish and lowliness. Happiness does not last, but there is something in us that makes us have a notion of perfection and the search for eternal happiness. We are transcendental beings enclosed in a human body subjected to disease and desire, unfortunately, there is a long distance between consciousness and conditioning.

It is all a matter of self-realization, achieving happiness and fulfillment and preserving them during any circumstance, be it good or bad, is something quite difficult, something that requires another distance which is time. We need time to understand and mature, to carry out what we learn it is necessary to put knowledge at the service of life, otherwise, theories would be useless.

I believe that everyone decides and discovers a different way to return to happiness, all points of view are valid and I have realized that they have much in common, there are more similarities between us than we think. When we realize that we are part of a whole, then the distances are no longer so long in our hearts. When we realize that happiness is a decision and that we just need a little more faith in existence to achieve it, then the distances are no longer so long between equanimity and being.

I know that we are all subjected to a sea of day to day problems, the mind plays dirty with us almost always, the things we have lived mark us enough and make us repudiate some other things in life. The illusion of hopelessness takes us away from truth and determination every day, but there is always light at the end of a reflection, when we realize that all time and distance is relative, that all suffering and joy is temporary, then we realize that what absolutely overcomes distance is awareness in the reality of things.

Let us observe life, without ego, without hatred, without grudges, without judgments, without frivolity, only with pure sincerity, then we will realize that everyone is a teacher, that the environment is perfect for our spiritual growth. To overcome distance is to understand that there really is no such thing.
