Humility and modesty are indispensable qualities for the good performance of the spirit. We are humble when we know how to recognize and accept our position in life and, from that, recognize that we are not superior to absolutely nothing and no one. These virtues bring peace to the heart through the impartial vision of things, I say so because this type of vision allows you to observe your neighbor as a being equal to you, with struggles, defects, qualities and beauties in his being, therefore, you embrace and respect him as if you were yourself.

Humility is something that also leads to empathy, in fact, these two are sisters, because by assuming that we are not more important than anyone else, we can see people as a reflection of our position, and thus understand the other as something beyond what we think they are.

Today I bring this beautiful love song because for me, when you love someone or something in a sincere way, inevitably, you become a humble person before that which you adore because you seek to obtain in a frantic way just a hint of affection, mercy or attention from it. We do not need to feel superior to genuine love, indeed, before this type of love, we only want that which we love to be better than what we are or were, I think this love I speak of is more like the love of parents for their children, which is the purest.

The false ego has contaminated humanity by making it believe that it is above its fellow man, which has given rise to wars and absurd conflicts that bleed the most vulnerable populations. This is something that is seen at all levels, from abusive people in schools or any kind of social circles, to the politicians and rulers of the world. We are no one to intervene in a harmful way in anyone's life, we are no one to criticize anyone, and we are no one to fail to help anyone. Humility and modesty are postures before life that allow us to offer the best energy to the world and to our being.

La humildad y la modestia son cualidades indispensables para el buen desempeño del espíritu. Somos humildes cuando sabemos reconocer y aceptar nuestra posición en la vida y, a partir de eso, reconocer que no somos superiores ante absolutamente nada ni nadie. Estas virtudes traen paz al corazón mediante la visión imparcial de las cosas, le digo así porque este tipo de visión te permite observar a tu prójimo como un ser igual a ti, con luchas, defectos, cualidades y bellezas en su ser, por lo tanto, lo abrazas y lo resoetas como su fueses tú mismo.

La humildad es algo que también lleva a la empatía, de hecho, estas dos son hermanas, porque al asumir que no somos más importantes que nadie, podemos ver a las personas como un reflejo de nuestra posición, y así comprender al otro como algo más allá de lo que creemos que es.

Hoy traigo esta hermosa canción de amor porque para mí, cuando amas a alguien o a algo de forma sincera, inevitablemente, te vuelves una persona humilde ante eso que adoras porque buscas obtener de forma frenética tan solo una pizca de cariño, misericordia o atención del mismo. No necesitamos sentirnos superiores ante el amor genuino, es más, ante este tipo de amor, solo queremos que aquello que amamos sea mejor de lo que somos o fuimos, creo que este amor del que hablo es más parecido al amor por los padres a sus hijos, el cual es el más puro.

El ego falso ha contaminado a la humanidad haciéndole creer que está por encima de su prójimo, lo que ha dado cabida a guerras y conflictos absurdos que desangran a las poblaciones más vulnerables. Esto es algo que se ve en todos los niveles, desde personas abusivas en colegios o cualquier tipo de círculos sociales, hasta los políticos y gobernantes del mundo. Nosotros no somos nadie para intervenir de forma perjudicial en la vida de nadie, tampoco somos nadie para criticar a nadie, e incluso, no somos nadie para no llegar a ayudar a nadie. La humildad y la modestia son posturas ante la vida que nos permiten ofrecer la mejor energía al mundo y a nuestro ser.
