3 ways to improve my mood

I've always regretted my first reaction when something went wrong in my life. When I was little, my grandfather used to tell me that your anger and anger would not soften within a day, and at such moments, do not communicate or do what you are going to do.

Today was one of those days for me.

  • A coffee break
  • Looking at a landscape
  • And some meditation

The three most important things that bring me to myself, make me dream and improve my mood..

I have read many articles saying that coffee should be drunk once a day and I have heard from doctors in videos.

I don't think most of us have tried meditation, but I think it's something that really calms our minds and nourishes our souls.

In my opinion, when every person looks at a beautiful nature, he involuntarily enjoys that moment and attains the joy of living.

Maybe even a short walk can be good not only for the physical health of the person, but also for the mental structure. my source of motivation
my good health.

I went through many bankruptcies, quit many times and had hard times, but still, I saw that there are always promising doors in life that we did not realize and I walked with courage.

I'm still walking that road. By enjoying the moment. Most of the time I sit in front of the computer, but when I get the opportunity, I look forward to throwing myself out.

I guess so am I, because we are the only ones who can solve our own problems.The best thing to occupy our minds can be to write and share something for me now.🙋‍♂️

one of my friends also suggested doing some meditation, it can be really hard at first because our mind tends to travel when we try to stay focused. After that travel, we can achieve that good mediation, and the result will be amazing. I have never tried it though. : )

taking a short walk can be good also, as you mention it is good for physical and mental health.
