Saludos mi gente bonita!!

Quiero mostrarles en est oporturnidad esta corta coreografia del año 2023 de l,as Cheerleaders de Gladiadores, grupo en el cual perteneci 2 temporadas.

Tengo mucho tiempo sin bailar dada mi condicion pero de verdad tenia muchisimas ganas de bailar.

•─•──•✦•──•─•

A pesar del gran dolor fisico porque he estado bastante inflamada, el poder disfrutar de 1 minuto de coreografia, el poder pararme a drenar es lo mejor para mi.

•─•──•✦•──•─•

Bailar ayuda muchisimo a drenar, a respirar, a despejarse, a sonreir, a olvidar cualquier problema o tristeza.

De hecho los mismos medicos recomiendan mucho a sus pacientes a hacer ejercicios, a bailar para asi tener una recuperacion mas rapida y estar mas sanos, porque resulta que la principal fuente de estres, depresion y ansiedad es nuestra mente. Y si nuestra mente no esta estable y sana, en nosotros nada estara bien

Mientras tengamos pensamientos positivos, bonitos, todo en nuestro alrededor y en nuestro entorno cambia, porque la alegria, las buenas energias todo depende de nosotros mismos por eso es importante controlar nuestros pensamientos para que nuestro mundo no caiga en un caos.

El estres, la depresion y ansiedad causan muchas enfermedades y no solo neurologicas, por eso es importante tener nuestra mente en paz, estar tranquilos, e ignorar cualquier pensamiento negativo que pueda invadirnos.

Una mente ocupada no piensa, y no solo con el baile, puede ser cocinando, entrenado, escribiendo, cantando, tener alguna actividad extra o un hobby, algo que nos distriga y nos saque de la rutina para que sirva de escape.
