With a feeling of tranquility with oneself and with others, which flows naturally in the heart 🤗💖.

Sé que a veces suele ser difícil tener una mentalidad al estilo "vivir felices por siempre". Ya que nos dejamos quitar la paz por circunstancias o situaciones que están fuera de nuestro control o entendimiento. Por ende afloran sentimientos y emociones que no contribuyen a nuestro bienestar físico, mental y espiritual. A todos nos ha pasado alguna vez. Es de Humanos caer, pero hay que volverse a levantar con pasos cada vez más firmes. Y por cada victoria hay que celebrar.😉👍

I know it can be hard to have a "happily ever after" mentality sometimes. Since we allow ourselves to be robbed of our peace by circumstances or situations that are beyond our control or understanding. Therefore, feelings and emotions emerge that do not contribute to our physical, mental and spiritual well-being. It has happened to all of us at some point. It is human to fall, but we must get back up with increasingly firm steps. And for every victory you have to celebrate.😉👍
