Monomad: People passing through the streets - Street photography #95 [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

I find it so interesting to go for a walk, get to different places and then capture everything that surrounds me and when I take this to the streets I end up finding moments that, although they can be so routine, when appreciated in a more artistic way and to freeze in time, they become very interesting.

Encuentro tan interesante el salir a caminar, llegar a distintos lugares y luego capturar todo aquello que me rodea y cuando llevo esto a las calles termino encontrando momentos que, si bien pueden ser tan rutinarios, cuando se aprecian desde una manera más artística y para congelar en el tiempo, se vuelven muy interesantes.

Seeing people walking, stopping for a few minutes, crossing the street and ending up comparing them in the photographs makes it curious, because there are so many similarities, changing places and also stories in each person, because although they end up crossing for a few minutes, each one of them has a story of their own and so different from the rest of the people they cross paths with.

Ver a personas caminar, detenerse por algunos minutos, cruzar la calle y terminar comparándolas en las fotografías lo hace curioso, porque se encuentran tantas similitudes, cambiando de lugar y también de historias en cada persona, porque si bien terminan cruzando por algunos pocos minutos, cada uno de ellos cuenta con una historia propia y tan diferente del resto de personas con las que se cruzan.

As usual, I love that these photographs are in black and white, it brings a certain drama and focuses a lot of attention on each protagonist, as well as again showing the similarities between each protagonist, making each photograph a great whole.

Como ya es costumbre, adoro que estas fotografías estén en blanco y negro, aporta cierto dramatismo y centra mucho la atención en cada protagonista, además de nuevamente mostrar las similitudes entre cada protagonista, haciendo cada fotografía un gran todo.
