Monomad: Days of routines - Street photography #103 [Eng/Esp]

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge.

Going out to the streets to take pictures has become a beautiful routine that I enjoy very much. Although sometimes I do it after finishing an errand, in other occasions I go out exclusively to take this kind of pictures, sit down and enjoy everything that surrounds me and that calls my attention to photograph.

Salir a las calles para hacer fotografías se ha convertido en una hermosa rutina que disfruto mucho. Si bien en ocasiones lo hago luego de terminar alguna diligencia, en otras salgo exclusivamente solo para hacer este tipo de fotografías, sentarme y disfrutar de todo aquello que me rodea y que llama mi atención para fotografiar.

The main thing you find in most of my photographs are people, that's why they are a fundamental part of this kind of photos, because I like the way I look for stories, situations or emotions that I can capture spontaneously or look for the right moment to take a good picture.

Lo principal que encuentras en la mayoría de mis fotografías son personas, por eso forman parte fundamental en este tipo de fotos, ya que me gusta la manera de buscar historias, situaciones o emociones que pueda captar de manera espontánea o buscar el momento más adecuado para tomar una buena fotografía.

As in most of the publications about my street photographs, I decided to use black and white, the reason is simple, if you look at the photos there was a strong light that generated some interesting shadows, so it seemed to me the best way to generate a more striking contrast, it is something I try to do in my photos and in these in particular I feel that I got it.

Como en la mayoría de publicaciones sobre mis fotografías callejeras, decidí que estuviesen en blanco y negro, la razón es sencilla, si se fijan en las fotos había una fuerte luz que generaba unas sombras interesantes, por lo cual me pareció la mejor manera de generar un contraste más llamativo, es algo que busco hacer en mis fotos y en estas en especial siento que lo conseguí.
