Last evening me and hubby went for the sea side stroll. There is a 2 days Air show going to happen by the sea side today and tomorrow, for which heavy preparations are going on. The show is being performed by the Indian Air Force. I was aware of the show, as it happens every year, but I was not aware of the seating and other arrangements being made. The last one I had seen was some years back and after that I have been in Muscat around this time for the last couple of years, so I did not know what are the recent developments. I was pretty surprised by the kind of arrangements that are being done. In the past we would just go to that area, stand there and watch the show.

Now there is a full seating arrangement made through the full sea side road for people to comfortably sit and watch the show. Apart from that there is also a DJ arrangement. They are expecting people to come in very huge numbers and hence today there is a lot of road travel restriction also in that area. I have been planning to go today afternoon for the show, but thinking of the crowd I am feeling skeptical about going. One of my friend stays in a high rise building which gives a clear view of the sky line, so I am planning to go to her place today and see the show. If the view is not clear then tomorrow I still have time to go to the sea side for the show.

The full road has been arranged with chairs for people to sit and watch the show.

I am so excited to watch this show, yesterday I got a very small glimpse of it from my balcony from the rehearsals going on, but they were blocked views so I could not see much of it. Then there were some pictures also circulating around and it looked good. In some time I will leave with my friend for the show and I will share the pictures of the show tomorrow. We Indians are proud of the Indian Airforce for this wonderful performance that they are going to put up.
