This was last week when we were returning back from our 2 days stay at the beach resort during the Eid holidays. During this time, since few days, every day it would get cloudy, but it would not rain. And I was so much looking forward to some rains, as the part we travelled to that is where there is high probability, otherwise in the city, there is hardly any chance. The night before our travel also, there was lightning and very cloudy and windy and we were so sure it would rain, but there were just some few drops and then it got cleared off. I was very disappointed.

As we were leaving back for home, in my mind I was constantly wishing that hope it rains on the way, and then after the rains I also wished to see a rainbow. I was wishing in my mind and telling my friends also that I wish, I wish..it happens. We drove almost 1 and a half hour but there were no signs of rain and it looked like the sky was also clearing up and I was also losing hope. My friends were also making fun of me that I have these silly things in my mind.

But then all of a sudden, it got cloudy on one of the stretch and it started raining heavily. You cannot believe what joy I was feeling from within. I was feeling like the Universe was listening to me and my heart's desire. Honestly on this day, I do not know why, but I had this very strong desire, and then it was happening.

The cherry on the cake was yet to pop, after it stopped raining, I was still hoping for the rainbow to appear and there was nothing in sight. In all my 8 years of living in this Country, there has been only once that I have seen a rainbow. It very rarely occurs here.

My focus was all the time out trying to find a rainbow in the sky and then I saw it forming. Can you even imagine my joy in that moment. I was the first one to see, and I screamed with joy. I wanted to stop and take some pictures, but were driving through the mountains and it was not advisable to halt there. I managed to click some pictures in the moving. For around 5 minutes, the rainbow was in sight and then it disappeared behind the mountains. In this moment I was so much filled with a mix of emotions, I was feeling blessed, grateful, loved and the best feeling I had in a long time. I was feeling like it was all just happening for me.

While I was enjoying the rains, my friend who was driving was getting annoyed as his visibility was getting poor, and here people are not used to driving in rains.

After this the sky got cleared and in another half an hour drive it felt like there was no rain at all. It was all back to normal weather.

My friends were telling me that I could have asked for anything on this day and got it. This is what I always say, Miracles happen when we believe in them with unquestionable faith and belief beyond doubts.
