A few months back when my nieces had flown down to me, I had taken them to this Aquarium. Last week I had another guest come over to stay with me a couple of days and they have children so we decided to make a visit to the Aquarium again. After all children love these kinds of places. It's not only fun for them but it's educating also. Virtually they learn much faster and better than just reading from the book and trying to remember. Oman Aquarium is not very big, but it is very interesting and there are things to do for the children like penguin feeding, diver's show and some or the other event which keeps them engaged.

The first time I had visited it was a quick visit as we had other things to do lined up. Actually, I was not expecting much as had heard mixed reviews of the place. But then I was surprised, it is a very well-made Aquarium. So, this time we made sure we had enough time at hand to go around and see the place properly and not in hush hush.

Hubby is a lover of Fishes. During his college days he had this hobby to breed fishes and then sell it at the local aquarium. It was his side income in those days. He has very good knowledge of maintaining fishes. He keeps telling me things about it, but to be honest, I do not have much of interest in this field so hardly anything retains to me. I cannot even remember all the names of the Fishes.

I will share the pictures of the Aquarium but please excuse me for not giving out the names of all of them.

This is a Coral Fish; I find them very attractive.

Turtles. I like to watch them. I have decided that in my farm house I am going to have one turtle in the pond.

Eels. I find them very creepy :-)

What I enjoy watching more then the fishes are the corals. I get fascinated with their formations.

These penguins did not get a clear picture, but enjoyed watching them.

Hubby is fond of clicking selfies. Even if there are people around to request, he will still go in for a selfie. Has some obsession with it :-)

I still need to visit this place one more time in the next few months. I want to do their diving activity. I have been watching other's videos doing it and it fascinates me a lot. I do not know swimming, and I am always scared of venturing out in the Sea for diving, so this will suit me and fulfill my desire. Hopefully soon 😍😍❤️
