A Big Day for all Indians
Today will be a day to remember for all Indians for a long time and will go down in the history of India like any other significant day. A place which went in dispute for a very long time finally gets it's shape and also brings a lot of honor for the Country. Disputes over religion matters are very delicate and the toughest to resolve also, and so was this one. A lot of blood also has been shed over this land to establish each party's rights over it, this is extremely sad and there is no comment to it, because it leads to very sensitive conversations between people.
As of today the whole nation is celebrating with the grand opening of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya and it gives me great pride of being a part of this landmark event. But we also need to remember how much blood has been sacrificed to witness this day. Now that the Temple is established there will be no more disputes and blood shed over it. This place is believed to be the birth place of one of the most worshipped Hindu Deity Lord Ram. It is said the Lord Ram was the seventh incarnation of Lord Vishnu, who is also known as the Protector and to bring in order into the Universe. It is considered that Lord Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva are the Masters of this Universe, where Lord Brahma is the Creator and Lord Shiva is the Destroyer. Here Lord Vishnu comes in-between them to maintain the balance and order in the Universe. Lord Ram who is the incarnation of Vishnu is known for his virtues and righteousness. The Ramayana story talks about how he faced all the difficulties and challenges of life just to keep up with his virtues. There is a lot of learning from his story.
Though this day deserves a very big celebration, but still some times I feel there is so much of waste of money in all of this. There are people who are donating crores of rupees to the Temple, there is no lack of funds and rather there is over-flow of money. Then why not these same people can also make donations to where it is needed the most. On one side there are millions of homeless families and hungry children on the road and on the other side there will be abundance of food today that most of it may go waste also.
Sadly we live in this world of extremes where some of the places have so much in their plates that they never care of the wastage and there is another part which does not even have bare minimum for their survival. Tons of food will go waste, flowers and offerings worth crores of rupees will be made, which will all go in the drain polluting the environment, and crores of rupees spent which could have been minimalized. Anyways that's the bitter reality of the world today. There is a lot of show business also in all of this. Things get blown out of proportion and the real essence gets lost in it.
It is indeed a historic moment for India today and almost every Indian is only talking about this and feeling proud and so do I. It feels proud to be part of this history. From here on the politics over this place will also dissolve. But I just wish that these events can happen a little more mindfully and minimalize the wastage.
Temples are there to go and pray and absorb their high energies, they are not places to be polluted with all sorts of things being put at the idols. People have sentiments and yes they need to be respected, but it's high time we understand these things. There is a Shiva Temple next to my home and on a daily basis so much of flowers and milk offering is made at the temple. Sometimes when I go towards the end of the day, the site is anything but ugly to see all of that piled up garbage, and I wonder, is this what people offered it for.
Religious sentiments are hard to control but one needs to understand that prayer to God does not need any of these things and it can be done with just our presence. God does not need any bribe to fulfill our wishes or to take care of us.
As of now my wish is that I need to visit this place soon and see it for myself and seek blessings of the divine Lord Rama.
Thank you for visiting my blog. 👼🏻👼🏻💖💖🌹🌺🌸
Congratulations to India
It’s good to know that a place which had caused so many bloodshed and all has been reshaped
Nice one!
Finally there is a conclusion to it
मैं आपके विचारों का समर्थन करता हूँ। और आपकी ही तरह जल्द अयोध्या जाकर श्री राम का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त करना चाहता हूँ।
Thank you, and I wish you all the best
I think solving disputes bring us closer to the realization that we're not that different from each other and on a higher level, we're all one.
Love the embedded picture of the temple, it looks really amazing :)
You should see the pictures online, there are many of them. It's really a magnificent structure.
I was in Delhi in 1992, watched on TV how thousands of people destroyed Babri Masjid, had to wait in Delhi until the curfew in Agra got lifted after the riots, so we could go see the Taj Mahal, continued further south where we thought it would get better, reached Mumbai, where it was the worst: hundreds of Muslim refugees in Victoria Station trying to leave, riot police stopping us from entering into a still smoldering Muslim neighborhood, meeting a gang of Hindu hooligans with swords and cricket bats in the streets, all so surreal.
That must have been a chaos. In that time, I was in my teens and honestly not bothered so much, nor did it register to me much but now I can feel what must have been the impact. But yes, I do know that Mumbai was impacted hard because of the political influence. It was a matter of political ego in that time and for that you can expect anything. Sadly, the Temple is built on all of this.

A big congratulations to the Indians
Wow it is really a day of celebration for all Indians and this is great to see
It is very beautiful but it was difficult to build the temple amidst controversies. Do you think it is right or wrong in which the temple has been constructed very beautifully?
