Feliz sábado foodies, bienvenidos a mi blog, donde comparto deliciosas y fáciles recetas, para mi almuerzo de hoy prepare bistec con vegetales, arroz y plátano, acá les explico como lo hice.
Happy Saturday foodies, welcome to my blog, where I share delicious and easy recipes, for my lunch today I prepared steak with vegetables, rice and banana, here I explain how I did it.
Ingredientes:
- Medio kilo de bistecs
- Salsa de ajo, de soya, 57
- Especias
- Media zanahoria, cebolla y un tomate
- Una taza de arroz
- Fideos
- Sal.

- Half carrot, onion and a tomato

Limpiar bien la carne y eliminarle la grasita, cortar en juliana la zanahoria, cebolla y tomate.
Clean the meat well and remove the fat, julienne the carrot, onion and tomato.
Aderezar la carne con la salsa de ajo, soya, 57 y especias, sofreír las verduras con un chorrito de aceite y cuando transparente la cebolla añadir la carne, bajar el fuego y tapar hasta que se cocine bien y reduzca su jugo.
Dress the meat with the garlic sauce, soy, 57 and spices, fry the vegetables with a drizzle of oil and when the onion is translucent add the meat, lower the heat and cover until it is cooked well and its juices have reduced.
Para el arroz, en una olla con un chorrito de aceite sofreímos los fideos luego agregamos la taza de arroz con tazas de agua y una pizca de sal , cuando hierva tapamos, bajamos el fuego y cuando este blando apagamos.
For the rice, in a pot with a splash of oil we fry the noodles then add the cup of rice with cups of water and a pinch of salt, when it boils we cover, lower the heat and when it is soft we turn off.
