Cooking BLOG | The Quick Egg Masala Maggi Recipe !
Hello people hope you all are doing well.Today we will learn how to make egg maggi.It is a simple yet delicious. So without wasting time lets move on to the ingredients.
Ingredients:
-Maggi-2pacs
-Egg-1
-Onion-1
-Green chilli-2
-Tomato-1
-ketchup-2tsp
-Turmeric powder-1tsp
-Red chilli powder-half tsp
-salt-according to ur taste
MAGGI Noodles is fortified with Vitamin A, Iron and Iodine. Vitamin A deficiency can cause night-blindness and hindered growth. Iron deficiency can cause anemia. Iodine deficiency can cause goiter disease and mental growth hindrance.
Procedure:
-Boil the maggi and drain the water
-Heat the oil and add onions and green chilli to it. Let it fry for 2mins
-Add tomatoes and fry it for 1min
-Add egg and salt and mix well with the onions and tomatoes
-Add maggi ,maggi masala,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and ketchup and mix well
The egg maggi is ready to serve.Enjoyyyyyyy:)
