Hello people hope all are doing well.Today we will learn how to make veg samosa.It is a simple yet delicious. So without wasting time lets move on to the ingredients.
Ingredients:
-All purpose flour
-Onion
-Green chilli
-Salt
-Lemon juice
-Oil
Maida aka Refined flour does not have any nutritional value but does have plenty of calories. It is made of wheat grain that contains high amounts of many nutrients, such as, fibre, vitamins, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese and selenium.According to experts, refined flour is rich in alloxan, a compound that induces diabetes.
It has been proven that refined flour has a high glycemic index that releases sugar in the blood and further spikes insulin.It is also called ‘glue of the gut’ which has no fibre content, causes congestion and also slows down the overall digestive system that further leads to obesity, stress and constipation.
Methods:
-Firstly make the dough of all purpose flour.Make a chapati and cook it half then take it out.
-For the filling mix onion ,green chilli,salt and lemon
-Cut the chapati into half.Make a glue of maida and water.
-In the half chapati pour the mixture and apply the maida glue on side and fold it in samosa shape
-Heat the oil and fry them in medium flame for 5mins till it get slightly brown
