Hello people hope all are doing well.Today we will learn how to make chicken capsi.It is a simple yet delicious. So without wasting time lets move on to the ingredients.
Ingredients:
-Chicken-500gms
-capsicum-1medium size
-onion-2medium size
-tomato-2medium size
-garam masala-half tbsp
-turmeric powder-1tbsp
-red chilli powder-1tbsp
-cumin powder-1tbsp
-ginger garlic paste-2full tbsp
-coriander leaves

Methods:
-First marinate the chicken for 30mins using turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt,cumin powder,ginger garlic paste.
-Heat the oil and add onions to it. Fry it for 5mins
-After the onions become slightly brown add tomatoes to it and fry it until it becomes soft
-Add the marinated chicken and cook it for 20mins
-Add capsicum and again cook for 10mins so that the capsicum gets soft
-When the chicken add the garam masala powder coriander leaves,stir and close the lid and cook for 2mins
