Veg sandwich recipe || a healthy breakfast recipe loaded with veggies

Sometimes we feel like eating something good and yummy...and at the same time we want to eat healthy too... than vegetables sandwich is the best option to enjoy. Which is very tasty to eat, is also healthy and after eating it we feel full for a long time.

To make vegetable sandwich we can choose veggies according to our choice and availability. This time i use onion, tomato, capsicum and some more. I really like the crunchiness of capsicum, juiceness of tomato, health benefits of corn and green chutney and nice flavour of onion .

This mix vegetable sandwich can be ready within 30 minutes and suitable for breakfast and snacks. We can make it easily on tawa or pan and can use sauces according to our choice. I always prefer to use green chutney to make it more healthy.

INGREDIENTS ✅

  • Bread slices ( Brown bread) 8-10
  • Chesse
  • Butter

For stuffing

  • Onion 2
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Green chilli 2
  • Boiled Corn 1/2 bowl
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp

For sprinkler

  • Salt
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Chat masala 2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder/black pepper powder 1-2 tsp

Sauces (as required)

  • Green chutney
  • Tomato sauce
  • Shezwan chutney
  • Maynosse


PROCESS ✅

Step 1 : get ready the stuffing

First collcet all vaggies and finely chopped all vaggies .... finely chopped vaggies give crunchy flavour.
I start with capsicum and chopped all vaggies one by one.

Put all chopped vaggies in the mixing bowl. Add salt and red chilli powder and mix well.

Vaggies stuffing or filling is ready. We can add carrot, beans and other veggies also.

Step 2 : Make sprinkler

Now in a bowl add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and chat masala and mix well.

Step 3 : Fill the sandwich and roast it

Now collect all sauces, chutney, bread and butter.
Spread butter on one side of bread. Than spread green chutney on it. Now add stuffing like this and sprinkle the masala we made . Here we get ready only one side of bread like this:

If you want to can add cheese also. You can add slice cheese or cube cheese.

Now on the second bread you can spread Schezwan chutney, sauce or mayonnaise. This time i spread Schezwan chutney.

Now cover stuffing bread with Schezwan chutney bread like this.

Now heat a tawa or pan , spread butter on it and roast the sandwich from both side on the low flame.

It become so crispy and cheese also melt on the low flame. So without toaster we can make easily it on the pan.

Now cut the sandwich and serve it with tomato sauce and green chutney.

This is a healthy and delicious treat to enjoy ☺️ try it ...you will definitely like it 😋.
