How many people live in Cascadia?

Last September I wrote about how I would like to take a road trip down the west coast. I'm not sure when I will have the opportunity, but tonight I came across an image about Cascadia and then I found this image on Wikipedia of the Megacities along the Pacific Northwest.

So I am looking at this table of cities and population on Wikipedia. Let's visualize this some more.

I am aware this isn't 100% accurate to the day but approximately, here is the population distribution in the largest cities in the Pacific Northwest.

I have been to Vancouver, although I want to go back. I plan to spend more time down by the ocean.
